Update! eTouches has been very lovely and is happy to let us break contract and change providers. We have moved to Cvent, and are finalizing the details now.
Those who are worried about having a week to fix your London registrations: Please don’t. We’ll give you a week from when it opens AGAIN (which we are hoping will be this week. We will absolutely email you). If you’ve already paid the difference, you are fine. We will also be checking every registration to assure accurate payment, over the next few weeks.
London attendees, our hope is to allow those incompletes to finish their registrations, in order, starting Saturday, September 15. We will let you know ASAP whether or not that will be doable, and we will offer further instructions.
Portland people, rev your engines! We are hoping to open on Saturday, September 15. That’s a TENTATIVE date right now!
